Help info over buttons

With so many of the buttons being image-based, it would be nice to have some brief info about what each button does if you hover over the button. This could either appear after hovering over it for a while with the mouse, or at the bottom of the screen there could be a box dedicated to displaying some basic help info about what the button does that the mouse is over.

Not any one specifically, but just in general. I use other programs that just give a brief description of what each button does when the mouse hovers over it in a small text box near the bottom of the window. It's very helpful to quickly learn the program, and to quickly navigate it when the buttons are mostly image based.
