If you have one of the older generations of the Streamstar products based at Mainboard X-99, power starts, but there is no picture at the monitor only BLACK screen.
This problem can occur due to problems with communication between Mainboard and Graphics card.
To solve this, please, take out the original graphics card and try to start the device with a different one.
If the device start Replace the original GPU with the new card.
If the device does not start contact support.
