After windows update to the new build, please check if the I/O cards have the correct functionality.
If manifesting any issues with incorrect audio inputs or problems with picture quality, please follow the next steps.
1. open device manager
- right-click on This PC and choose the Manage
2. Choose Device Manager
3. Go to Sound, video and game controllers
4. choose a device by Right-click on it and select Uninstall device
5. in the uninstall option choose to Delete the driver software for this device and press Uninstall
6. If there are more ports for one device like Pro-capture cards, uninstall all devices.
7. Reboot your unit
8. Install drivers for the capture card.
9. Check the functionality of the card in the SSW app.
10. If problems still manifest contact support.
