How to file a support ticket I Support Streamstar

 Make sure you have all the necessary information handy.

  • SN of the device (X-series, IPX, Scoreplus server) 
  • Operating system 
  • Streamstar SW or Scoreplus version

Go to this page link: http://support.streamstar.com/

Click on “CREATE TICKET” and fill out the form.
Provide a detailed description of your problem. State the input resolution, number of inputs, active layers, everything you were doing before the problem occurred.

Alternatively, provide all the info above in an email to support@streamstar.com and the support ticket will be created by our staff.
